About Me

Hi, I’m Dr Elisha Baldwin

My practice is rooted in a Psychodynamic perspective, which invites a sense of curiosity about the 'why' behind our experiences. Together, we will explore the unconscious patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others, untangling where these habits began. This deep work relies on a foundation of trust, creating a secure partnership where you can safely bring your most honest thoughts and feelings.

With extensive experience across the NHS and private practice, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic models to ensure our work is as unique as you are.

Therapy is a dedicated space for those moments when life feels low or unmanageable. I provide a secure environment to explore the complexities of your internal world, helping you move from feeling 'stuck' to finding lasting clarity.

Rather than offering generic advice, I guide you in building trust in your own capacities and inner wisdom. I believe therapy should be as unique as the person sitting across from me, a flexible process that adapts to your growth and reflects the person you are becoming.

Your experiences deserve a space.

It is common to wonder if your challenges are "serious enough" for therapy or if you should wait for a crisis to reach out. The truth is, you don’t need a diagnosis or a breaking point to deserve support. Whether you are navigating a specific life hurdle or simply feeling a quiet sense of being lost, therapy offers a space to be heard without judgment.
